Bank details, credit/debit card information – we have no reason to.

The way we use information

We use the information you provide to handle your enquiry so that we can send you information regarding your transaction.  We only keep personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, products and information.  We will not sell or rent or give to any third party any personally identifiable information about you like your email address for example.

Sharing of information

During a Transaction we are required to share certain data with other approved parties. Where you have approved others to work on your behalf – i.e. a solicitor – if you choose a solicitor from our panel we will forward the information you have provided to them. We will only ever provide this information with your express written consent.

All of the information we collect is required to complete each transaction and we will never ask, nor hold any information non-pertinent to a transaction.

Rectification and Access to your Data

Legally, you are entitled to a copy of your personal data if you so wish. To request a copy, please write to our Administration Team (with proof of identification) at the address below. You should ensure that the information we collect and hold in relation to you is accurate and kept up to date. If you would like to update, amend or remove your information from our database, please contact our Administration Team at the address below.
